Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Record a video while opening the box. Make sure to show the exterior of the box, any shipping labels, and then proceed to open it carefully.
  3. Verbally describe the damage as you record. Point out any scratches, dents, or other issues. This will provide additional context to support your claim
  4. It must also be in the original packaging.
  5. Gift boxes and Jewellers are non-returnable.
  6. Please note that it may take 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times.
